Terry Cabrera serves as Robstown Housing Authority’s (RHA) Resident Commissioner. Terry has served on RHA’s board since 2019. 

Terry is a Robstown native who loves her community and volunteers of her time to various public events. This has made her the perfect pick to represent the residents of RHA. Terry also serves as the President of RHA’s Resident Council Organization. 

Terry’s family owns and operates the local and famous Cabrera’s Bakery in Robstown where Terry has spent countless hours working the front counter greeting the customers with her smile and her cheery disposition. Terry is a very energetic and upbeat individual who enjoys life to its fullest. There is not one single person that Terry doesn’t know by name. She loves to take photos with her old and new friends. They call her the “selfie queen”. 

During her down time, you will find Terry along with her beautiful cat Tiki-Anna in the company of her family enjoying a home cooked meal, at the bingo parlor or at Windstar casino playing slots.
