Lamar Gracia Martinez has been the Robstown Housing Authority’s (RHA) Intake Clerk/Receptionist for the past 3 years. She is a graduate of Robstown High School and attended Del Mar College with a background in office clerical procedures.
Lamar is the first contact and functions as a “greet keeper” for the staff, residents, landlords and the general public. She loves assisting the clients and enjoys the gratitude once a family has been homed. She enjoys the conversations with people of all walks of life that come through the front office doors. Helping others is her greatest attribute.
Lamar’s hard work and dedication continue within her personal life. Lamar is an active Member of St. Anthony’s of Padua Catholic Church in Robstown and Volunteers her service as Parish Council Member. She also volunteers countless hours on fundraisers for the Church. Lamar enjoys Cooking, Baking and Shopping. Family time is her source of comfort, laughter and joy. Her greatest gift is her family as well as her Faith.
